The house as a whole
The house consists of three separate apartments with their own entrances. The house can also be rented by a large groups by linking apartments through connecting doors, offering 11 beds in 6 bedrooms in total. If you add the new and comfortable sofa beds in the living rooms, up to 17 people can sleep in the house. The three terraces with seaview offer enough space to spread out and on the largest terrace you can eat together or enjoy the sunset.

A cozy little apartment with a bedroom for two persons, a living room and another open room to the kitchen with a sofa bed for two more people. This apartment is a great choice, if you are traveling with two people or as an affordable option for four persons if you don’t mind sleeping in the passage room.

The "Playa" apartment
The beach is right there! The "Playa" apartment boasts a beautiful terrace with immediate access to the beach. There are two bedrooms for four people. If you want to use the sofa bed in the living room, you can also stay here with up to 6 persons. The apartment has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. The fireplace contributes to a cozy atmosphere on cold days, while you enjoy the seaview from the sofa.

A wonderful terrace with sun-protected private rooms ensures a great holiday experience. Here you can grill and chill. Those who love being outdoors have the opportunity to fall asleep to the sound of the sea under the stars. On another smaller terrace on the roof of the house you can retreat and sunbathe undisturbed. There are three bedrooms for 5 people to sleep in, and a sofa bed in a connecting room offers space for 2 more people.

By opening an otherwise closed door the two apartments Patio and Playa can be connected. By this extension 6 persons, or with the sofa beds up to 10 persons, can be accommodated on 162 m².
